One question a workday: You good? Your answer stays yours. Your office sees counts over five workdays, never a name. alsohere asks one question a workday. You good? Good, Meh, or Not good. Answering takes a moment, and then it leaves you alone. Your answer is your own record. Nobody is told what any one person answered — not your employer, not the people you work with. In a small office the counts themselves can still point to a person, which the privacy notice spells out. WHAT COMES BACK The shape of the week where you work. A rough day is easier to place when you can see it was not only yours. WHAT YOUR OFFICE SEES Counts over five workdays, as soon as anybody where you work has answered. There is no minimum office size, and in a small office the counts can point to a person — the privacy notice says so plainly rather than leaving it to be discovered. If any one of the three answers has fewer than three answers behind it, no split is shown at all — not the two that were fine, because a total minus two would give away the third. WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE SEES Nothing, unless the people who work at an office decide together to show it: twelve of them, with two thirds agreeing. They can change that at any time, and an office that falls back under the line stops being readable from outside at the next midnight. WHAT WE KEEP The domain of your work address, so your answer lands in the right place. Which office you picked. Your answers, one a day, and the time each was logged. Whether you voted to show your office's counts to people who do not work there — never how you voted. WHAT WE DO NOT KEEP Your email address. You type it once so a code can be sent to it, and it is never written down. Your name, which is never asked for. Where you are: the app contains no location code of any kind, asks for no location permission, and the map marks the city you named, never you. There are no adverts, no trackers, no analytics, and no other companies' code inside the app. Nothing about you is sold or passed on. YOU CAN STOP Delete the app and everything on your phone goes with it. Choose Delete everything, in Settings, and your account and every answer behind it go too — immediately, and for good. alsohere is not a health service and not a substitute for one. Your office no longer waits to be twelve people. It shows how it has been as soon as anybody there has answered. If fewer than three answers sit behind any one of the three, no split is shown at all. An office is still readable from outside only if twelve of its people vote for that, so a small office is visible to the people in it and to nobody else.
