ALYKA Health is free to download. We offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscription options. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

This is probably the fifth or sixth health app I have tried, and I am glad to say that the hunt is over! My favorite aspect of the app must be the Wellness reports, as it helps me navigate the parts of my lifestyle that are lacking. I chose better quality of sleep, and the content I have been seeing has made changes in how well rested I am. I recommend this app to people who wish they had more time to care better for their health.
