Highly recommend for both new and experienced!

The Breath & Heart Meditation app feels very unique in a space with many different meditations apps. I love this app, because it focuses on heart rythm, breath, body, intuition, and soul. I also love that this app is created and narrated by actual meditation teachers, that all work together on a common vision of heart-centeredness. There are many Journey options, that include multiple practices in a single area, that include teachings on the fundamentals of this kind of meditation, and different collections like Cultivating Compassion and another called Creativity and Mental Clarity. Even if you have never meditated before, this app would be a great introduction into meditation and can keep up with you as you continue the journey with more advanced meditations. I also really appreciate that they have anxiety- and depression-specific practices. I can tell that love has been poured into this app by authentic and real teachers who want to spread the word on Heart & Breath Meditation. Would highly recommend to download and give it a try!

20 plus years Condensed into an app

Breath and Heart app is a result of many years of experience, practice, and research compiled by two mystic teachers, Puran and Susanna Bair. The steps presented and taught are organized and designed to allow the meditation student to begin as a new beginner or a seasoned veteran and rest assured you will grow and improve from either starting position. I began over 20 years ago as a freshman beginner and never quit learning and improving my meditation practice. It took me 20 years, but that time line will be dramatically shortened with the help of the Breath and Heart app.

This app gets my 5 stars, because I have experienced what is being applied over many years and would have been much easier with the app.

Favorite Meditation App

I love this app. The feature for setting an intention is the most helpful for me. The app takes your intention and gathers select meditations that are geared to support and achieve the intention. They fittingly call these journeys. I receive my daily reminder for my intention and it helps keep me on track to practice my meditations. My day is always smoother when I start with this practice. These meditations have improved every relationship I have in addition to giving me clarity and discernment at work and in my personal life. This app has also helped me to decrease my neck and back pain along with improving sleep.
