Every time I try to make a payment it shuts down the app and returns me to Home Screen. Super annoying so I just get on google to pay my bill.
Easy to use and has all the essentials.
Previous there wasn’t an app, so I’m thrilled at having an app to pay my bill. It’s pretty straightforward and easy to use. It seems easier than the website to use, everything I need like seeing my usage and paying my bill is front and center. Load times are way shorter than the website too!
Out of date?
Every time I try to pay my bill it says this version is out of date and needs to be updated. But there is no update to download, so I use google instead please fix👌
