So the issue I have is if I ease into a stop the app says hard breaking
If im doing the speed limit it says I’m speeding
If I have to turn in the middle of the street because there is no other way to turn it says unsafe driver
My rates went up in less than 30days no notice they just attempted to take the money out several times. I’ll pass for now. I hope they actually fix the issues with app because it could potentially be a good insurance app.
Inaccurate Trip Ratings
I would give a higher score but your app doesn’t allow us to dispute a trips score when its saying your speeding, for example says posted speed is 25 but I’m going 45 when the actual posted speed is 45. If the accuracy of your systems ratings improves so shall mine of this app.
App is buggy
You’d think an app meant to pay for your insurance and give you stats on your driving that it would actually WORK.
Literally it has not worked what so ever after I made my account.
And it hasn’t been updated in 9 months? Yea you can tell they really keep up with the app… not.
