I’m a big fan of Amboss (already an Ambossador), but this QBank app still needs some SERIOUS work. All the big pieces are in place, but my goodness is it buggy. I just timed myself doing practice questions for exactly 5 minutes. I made it through 2 questions but unintentionally “clicked” on underlined terms 19 times, was redirected away from the question page 6 times, and had the app crash completely 12 times. I like Amboss, and I want to recommend it to my classmates, but you guys have got to get this app cleaned up.

Quality of experience issue
The question bank is great and I like the integration of it with the medical knowledge bank, but there are dozens of links in every answer when I'm reviewing my test and I cannot move between questions or scroll through the answer choices without hitting one accidentally. The links should be programmed to only be work when intentionally clicked, as opposed to when my finger glides over them. Amboss additionally crashes a lot, particularly when clicking these links. The links in general are not a problem and are often helpful, but this is a real quality of life issue for me as I'm using this app on my phone.
Additionally, the app verifies internet connection every time you open it whether it's on a downloaded problem set or not. It needs to verify connection and does not give up if there's a non-functional WiFi connection. This makes the app difficult to use when on a plane, for example, when you are in airplane mode but connected to limited WiFi.

We’re really sorry about the inconvenience caused when using our mobile app. If you are using the latest iOS 13 app version, there is currently an issue affecting its performance when scrolling through questions. Our engineers are working on fixing this issue. In the meantime, increasing the font size of the app can help with the accidental tapping that redirects you to our Knowledge app. Alternatively, our new AMBOSS platform in BETA is specifically designed to perform on the mobile web browser as well. Regarding the issue you mention with the verification of internet connection, it is possible to work on offline mode, by adjusting the internet settings of your mobile device. Avid user for your Qbank
Guys you got a great Qbank and teaching medical resource , But I think you should make it to resemble the real exam .. the formats/fonts and the whole questions should be 100% identical to the Exam , Uworld is a more exam simulator Qbank because of that .. please make sure to update the platform so it looks identical to the exam and keep up the update for the questions so it really reflects the exam changes .. you have done a fantastic job and I’m pretty sure you’ll be a great contender soon !
