The app is cute. But the news page needs to go or at least be the second option to look at, not the first thing you see when you log in. Very very few, if any employee, care about the info on the news page. The app is primarily used for nonreving. That being said, this app absolutely needs the ability to book travel. The fact we have to go to the travel website to book, then use the app for everything else is ridiculous. Just put it all together.

I am trying to check in and I have Wi-Fi connection is not letting me check in. This is not a very good app. You guys keep on updating it at the wrong time non-rails are trying to check in, but the app is not responding that doesn’t make any sense to me, you have all these things that’s unnecessary on this app we pretty much want to see the priority list the check in time not no news.,, I was supposed to check in at 2:30. I cannot check in to 253 so that put me at the bottom of the list I don’t understand when I try to check in it kept on saying it wasn’t the right time I would hate to wait to 24 hours before checking in, I checked in 253 so that put me at the bottom of the list. This app is crap. I had to go to jet Net and check in this app is garbage.

Although many options are not available yet; I think the app deserves five stars, but yes, they need to update it as quickly as possible.
Example: being able to make reservations through the app. be able to check-in for international reservations. Being able to update the traveler list….
The news part should have a more dynamic approach.
In addition to creating available notifications (optional depending on the client) to know the Gate of the flight, to know if there are changes or delays.
