Description
The Americans with Disabilities Act was passed in June of 1990 to ensure that all americans with disabilities have the same equal opportunities as all americans.
Over the years, there have been questions about how and what is the best way for businesses and individuals to comply with the law. Sometimes, it can be hard to obtain the actual bill to refer to it as necessary. That is, until now.
This app is packed full of reference materials and other information to help you learn the ins and outs of this very important law.
This app includes the following:
* Actual copy of the Bill, divided into easy to read sections.
* ADA and Emergency Planning Information just in time for 2023 U.S. Hurricane Season.
* ADA-Related Contact phone numbers.
* ADA and Service Animals References.
* Easy to use watch app.
* HP Parking Spaces Information.
* How to sign-up for ADA informational updates.
* Share ADA information with ease.

Ratings and Reviews
UP TO SNUFF!!
As the president of a non-profit advocacy group for people with disabilities, I'd like to thank you for providing the ONLY APP available on ADA rules and regulations. That being said, now that you've taken on this responsibility, please get busy getting it up to date. This app has the capability of being very useful, as well as convenient for my needs. However, you Need to add the new ADAG revisions and some drawings on ramps, restrooms etc. to really have it be as useful as the Department of Justice "bible" that is way to heavy to lug around in my wheelchair. If get that accomplished, you get 5 stars. Deal? Get to work guys, I'm a busy man!
Bad cut and paste job
Would be better to just have the forms and policies on google drive. Literally cut and paste information and not even a good job of it. The example sentences are in the definitions and the definition for blindness contains the alternate definition for “ignorance”.
Developer Response ,
Thanks for the above comments. The information provided in the app comes directly from ADA.GOV and from other resources on the Internet. I will take the above comments and improve the app with more information. Thanks again.
Simplified to uselessness
What has the potential to be a useful resource is boiled down to the degree that you aren’t really giving any of the actual sources. Instead you’re given a synapses of interpretations. If you’re interested in specific needs or even the actual legal codes and regulations, you’re out of luck.
Need a link? Not here. Trying to research anything? Try googling it.
I wish I could say more positive stuff about this app, but it just doesn’t deliver much valuable information on the ADA.
Developer Response ,
Thanks for the above comments. I'm working on your concerns and comments, and they're being addressed in future versions, which is due out by the end of the month.
