Very Disappointing

Great store, good staff, Cleveland Heights is one of the best in the city. However the app leaves much to be desired. They need to really redesign this, such limited functionality and filters. Website also needs a revisit.

Update: new release resolves issues. On par with the great store experience. Best dispensary hands down.

Come on, it’s 2022

The store is awesome and staff are friendly, but the app is frustrating to use. The filter don’t seem to do a whole lot. There should be more options to filter like weight and cost. Most other sites show the price in the product preview but on here it doesn’t. We have to select it to see the cost. The cherry on top of all this the the loading time it takes to get to the menu and when we finally get to it, while scrolling through, the previews for the products don’t even show up leaving us s scrolling through what appears to be a blank page. I get everything can’t be perfect, but compared to every other app you can order something off of, this may be the worst.

Awesome place

As someone who already works in the cannabis industry for another store I have to admit I was skeptical about going outside my home store but I have to say I’m so glad I did. Everyone at amplify In Columbus was super friendly and professional. They have great deals and prices too cheaper than my store and will actually stack an industry discount which is something my store won’t.The way their store is set up is awesome as well. I will definitely be going back!
