In late April 2024 I tried renewing my monthly card for May. I tried several time and it just errored out. It recognized my card correctly, but never even got to the payment screen before saying simply “Error!” Maybe it work on paper cards. Don’t know. Not ready for prime time. Hope they fix it soon!

I bought 2 tickets and can’t use them. It do not go to my physical card. There always a different error.

If so, you should contact your bank, as if the payment is still in progress, it means that the amount is only blocked. You can alternatively use another card or make the payment by entity and reference. We remind you that after the payment has been processed, you need to open the pending operations tab, select the operation with the green icon and hold your card against the back of your phone to finalize it.
