We are against Check Engine Lights!
CEL: Check Engine Light.
Our take is pretty clear from the name: AntiCEL.
AntiCEL is a place to keep your vehicle's maintenance, history, documents, photos, and details in one place. Set reminders, track mileage, record repairs and modifications, monitor your car through OBD, and keep the gaps out of your vehicle's story.
Whether you're maintaining a daily driver, documenting a build, or simply want to know what has been done to your car, AntiCEL helps you take care of it one step at a time.
The main page is your 'Garage'. Clicking on one lets you dive into the details
Overview · History · Documents · Album · Connect
Track mileage from the vehicle screen, Garage, Siri, or a Home Screen widget.
Overview
Stay ahead of maintenance with reminders based on:
* Date
* Mileage
* Whichever comes first
Complete a service reminder and AntiCEL automatically adds it to your vehicle's history.
Keep the other details that matter too. Vehicle notes give you a place for paint codes, tire sizes, specifications, and all the little things you don't want to forget.
You can also save your favourite shops to the vehicle they belong to!
History
Your car's build and service log, all in one place.
Record:
* Maintenance
* Repairs
* Modifications
* Inspections
* Accidents
* Purchase and sale
* Notes and other events
Attach photos, record mileage, and tag the area of the vehicle involved.
View your history as a chronological list, or explore it directly on your vehicle using an interactive 3D model.
Completed service reminders and cleared diagnostic faults are added to your history automatically.
Documents
Keep the paperwork you don't want to lose.
Store registration, insurance, bills of sale, inspection paperwork, and other important vehicle documents. Add expiry dates and let AntiICEL remind you beforehand.
Album
A camera roll for your car which you can share with the vehicle!
If storage is tight, Low Storage Mode can keep album photos linked to your photo library instead of copying them into ANTICEL.
Connect
With a compatible OBD adapter, AntiCEL offers quality-of-life and advanced features, offering a more hands-on experience.
Connect can:
* Keep your mileage updated from your vehicle
* Scan and explain diagnostic trouble codes
* Record faults and cleared codes in your vehicle history
* Monitor available live data such as fuel, coolant temperature, and oil temperature
* Watch for drive-related alerts after you park
Connect is optional. AntiCEL's core vehicle-management features work without an OBD adapter, and there is no pressure to buy into something you don't want!
The Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ is our supported and tested adapter. Other Bluetooth Low Energy ELM327 adapters may work, while classic Bluetooth, Wi-Fi-only adapters, and dealer scanners are not supported.
Clearing a diagnostic code does not repair the underlying fault. ANTICEL simply gives you the tools to understand and record what your vehicle is reporting.
A Local Experience
No account. No required sign-in. No server holding your vehicle records.
Your data stays on your device unless you choose to send a copy yourself.
A Few More Things
* Home Screen and Lock Screen odometer widgets
* Siri shortcuts for updating mileage
* Notifications for service and document reminders
* Drive alerts through Connect
* Customizable UI through settings on the main page
We are against Check Engine Lights - and subscriptions where they don't make sense.
AntiCEL Connect is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a ONE-TIME LIFETIME purchase.
Times when you could buy something and own it forever are a thing of the past, but we're bringing it back!
