i’ve been using this app for a few years now and i love it. its simplicity is the most important factor for me. i use this to help me with panic attacks instead of other apps because it helps in such a direct and immediate way. when i’m panicking and shaking i can barely read or focus on what buttons to press, so it really helps to have an app that immediately jumps into its function. other apps i’ve tried tend to go for a more comprehensive route and offer several options for calming down and logging your emotions and stuff, but i find that something like this works so much better for me. i love this app and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who experiences anxiety attacks. thank you so much for making this app as soothing, simple and effective as it is. ❤️

Whenever I have an anxiety attack I use this to calm down. The soothing colors and shapes with the repetitive movement is perfect for me! Would recommend 10/10
