Your town is the map.
Anywhere Here is a top-down taxi game played on the real world — your streets, your roundabouts, your dodgy corner by the chip shop. Pick up riders, race them across town, and earn your five stars one fare at a time.
EVERY. SINGLE. ROAD. No hand-picked city centres, no painted-on scenery: where the game is available, the entire road network is in it — every motorway, every high street, every farm lane and dead-end cul-de-sac, under its real name at its real speed limit. If you can drive it in real life, you can drive it here.
THE TOWN GETS TO KNOW YOU. Regulars live here: the landlord of your actual local, the teacher at the school up the road, the nurse coming off nights. Drive them well and often and the greetings warm up — until one day it's "Morning! You know where." Keep your stars up and even strangers have heard of you, people wave as you pass, and riders start asking for you personally. Local Legend status is earned, never bought.
EVERY RIDER IS SOMEBODY. Maureen's got a cake on her lap and wants it smooth. Kev's missed one train already. The nervous one? One close call and your tip is gone. Riders speak their minds when they get in and when they get out — about the ride you actually drove.
A TOWN THAT KEEPS ITS OWN HOURS. School-run rushes, pub o'clock, late fares from the hospital, the same dog walker every morning. Little stories unfold across your week — flowers, then a funeral, then the wake — never marked, never explained. You'll just notice.
DRIVE LIKE A PROFESSIONAL. OR DON'T. Real speed limits on every road, real speed camera locations that flash and fine you, and a rating that remembers: fast AND smooth pays best. Between fares nobody's watching — that's what handbrakes are for.
COMPETE. Run a five-minute Shift for maximum earnings, or take on the Daily Challenge — the same rides, dealt to everyone in your town, a fresh deal every day. Replay it as often as you like; only your best score counts. Challenge a friend to beat your daily score, chase achievements from First Fare to Local Legend, and settle who's the best driver in town on the worldwide Game Center leaderboards.
MAKE THE CAR YOURS. Spend earnings on engine, grip, and brakes — or just a lovely coat of Taxi Yellow.
YOUR TOWN, DAY AND NIGHT. After dark the map dims and the headlights come on.
All money in Anywhere Here is earned in-game from fares and tips. It isn't real, can't be bought, and can't be cashed out — it's for the garage.
Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
This update is about where the game meets you — on a bigger screen, on your Home Screen, and on your own terms.
• iPad — the whole game now plays on iPad, portrait or landscape, in a window or full screen.
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets — keep your driver rating, rides and earnings in view between shifts, under your own town's name.
• Siri and Control Center — start a shift by voice, or from a Control Center button, without opening the app first.
• Keyboard driving — pair a keyboard with your iPad and steer with WASD or the arrow keys, space for the handbrake.
• A new end-of-shift screen — finish a shift and you'll land on a full-screen celebration: your car mid-handbrake-turn, your town, and where you rank in the world. Tap Share to post it as a matching card.
• Reduce Motion — the game follows your system setting on its own now. Cards fade instead of sliding, the marker stops pulsing, and the speed camera gives one soft flash. Fixed Map (North Up) stays a separate switch, so you can hold the map still without calming everything else down.
• VoiceOver — the menus, readouts, garage and end-of-shift screens are labelled, so they read as whole sentences rather than loose fragments. Driving itself still isn't playable with VoiceOver.
• The heads-up display has a bit more life in it: money counts up as you earn it, a five-star ride sparkles, and beating the estimate lands with more weight.
