"Orders And Rewards" is the mobile app designed for customers of businesses using Customer Connect Rewards. Customers earn points and rewards from participating retail stores, restaurants, coffee bars, etc. All points and rewards earned from different participating business are kept in one location for the customer to view. The features include: - Place orders through the mobile app. - Earn points for various activities such as checking in at a participating business. - Earns points for the money you spend at specific businesses. - Use points to purchases rewards form the business’s reward catalog. - Explore promotions being offered at a business. - Review your complete purchase history at participating businesses - Review your complete point earning history - Opt-in/out of receiving tailor made offers from businesses you shop at - Much more. All exciting offers are just a single click away. 1. Download and install the "Orders And Rewards" app 2. Create and activate your account. 3. Turn on the Bluetooth feature of your phone (optional, for check in at participating businesses). 4. For participating businesses, the app will either automatically check you in as you walk into the participating store or notify you so that you can perform check in. As you check in, you will accrue points. 5. Use the earned points to purchase rewards from the business reward catalog. 6. Redeem purchased rewards as you visit the participating businesses. 7. Receive additional exciting offers from the retailers that are especially designed for you.

I go to a store repeatedly and it says I have zero points. I scan QR code and it says transaction finalized. No idea how to search history.

For anyone having this same experience, please contact us at support@customerconnect.biz.When there are no points being earned, it's possible the merchant has a loyalty program that does not use points but rather uses other incentives such as coupons or promotions. When the merchant uses a program with points, they may have forgotten to associate you to the transaction and so you won't have points. The QR code can be setup for the merchant account to 1) claim points, 2) allow for customer to make payment on the current transaction before it is finalized, or 3) neither of these. When getting the transaction finalized message, this means the merchant is setup for 2) above, and the transaction has already been paid and closed on the merchant's PoS.To AppReviewPhD, sorry for not responding earlier. We searched for any email messages from the time of your review but it doesn't appear that you reached out to us that way. In Jan 2022 there was a new backend portal deployed so there may have been some issues with that at that time. We've had many new releases (both mobile and backend) since then that may have solved your issues. In any case, if you are still needing assistance, please reach out to us at support@customerconnect.biz.
