I haven’t tried using it to block ads in Safari, but I followed the instructions to block ads in apps. You have enable “DNS Block Server” settings in AdBlock Master. Then you click on the section that says “Manual configuration is required,” and follow the instructions. I’ve tested it by using a few apps that have ads. They didn’t have ads so I guess it worked. However, I’m not sure about the data collection because it says it can monitor and record the names & addresses of websites that you visit and network servers that you connect to.

Recently I tested safari on a test your ad blocker site with this app turned off and it did awful. I then tested it with this on and wow what a difference. It blocks ads in games and makes them playable so that’s really nice. It may not block every ad like some of the more expensive blockers that require monthly fees but it does a really good job and I would recommend this.

I’ve tried many, many ad blocker apps from the App Store. However, none of them work like this darling Ad Blocker Pro! I may sound like just another generic, paid-for, cousin of a dev reviewer (I’m none of those, except maybe generic), but I’m really just one VERY satisfied customer. Get this app-save your life!!
