I’d give it zero, if I could. I waited a whole week and took the day off for this repair because I don’t just like leaving my place open for just anyone. I had a hard time getting a hold of them from 8 am - 11:30 then I finally got a answer. He said they have anywhere between 5 to get to me. Literally a hour later I’m scheduled for another week wait. I wouldn’t suggest this for anyone else. You have to pay close to $70 a month for this service and there unreliable equipment. Now I got to deal with the mold for another week, that was caused by this machine.

I was supposed to have someone come work on a supposedly new dryer that now does not dry, but was told they could not come in the afternoon to service my address. I called to reschedule and was told that there’s no way to guarantee an afternoon appointment and was hung up on. We’ll just be giving back these trash appliances at this point.

I haven’t had any problems with the company (but the equipment hasn’t had any problems either) but the app is in horrible shape. I have to enter in my card info every time I pay even though it says it is saved, random time during the day it will say it’s not working or there is an internet problem when literally everything else in my house is working. Says the app hasn’t been updated in 5 years which is probably why it has so many problems.
