Ratings and Reviews
Worked well hailing a cab
Was hesitant due to other bad reviews, but noticed they were a bit old and there were a couple new ones with good reviews. Gave it a shot and had no problems! Had to order a cab to a residence at 5am for an early flight - got a notification that a cab would arrive in 4min. And it did! Did not have to call or anything.
Did not use the payment option, just paid the driver directly. App is great, folks.

Completely Unreliable but not the apps fault.
Its hard and almost impossible to get a cab with this app specially in rome , florence or Venice. the problem is not the app. Its just that taxis most of the time do not accept the request. You will have better shot at finding taxi at the taxi stand than this app. On our 3 weeks to italy we tried this app to find taxi prolly 20 times but could never get one. No taxis accepted the request. Therefore I highly warn against relying on this or any taxi app in italy.

Trying to find a taxi in Florence? Good luck.
This app is just the same as the others, entirely unreliable and embarrassingly defective.
You will not find a taxi using this app, please go to a nearby restaurant and request a taxi from the host / hostess / manager.
