Taxi Move is the app of Italian taxi drivers conceived for the customer: it provides immediate quotation, it allows taxi booking, online payments and ride review. You can use Taxi Move in Florence, Modena, Siena, Livorno, Brescia, Pisa, Bergamo and Reggio Emilia.
HOW IT WORKS
- open the app and get your quotation;
- call your taxi or book it for later;
- choose the taxi you need: from 1 to 8 people, with e-payment, with English-speaking driver or any other feature you wish you nave;
- check on your smartphone when your taxi arrives;
- pay the ride with the method you like;
- review your ride.

Taxi to train station
The taxi was very prompt.
However drivers should be more aware that customers know the shortest route to their destinations. Our driver took the long way around.
Do not waste your time
Are you a tourist? Look no further if you love an app with ZERO reliability.
You cannot register if you don’t have an Italian phone number. Also, please don’t waste your time calling the number. They’ll put you on hold with that horrendous music that makes you want to gouge your eyes out, then tell you they’ll be sending a taxi. You’ll then wait until tomorrow for the taxi that will never show up.
Your best shot is to go to a restaurant and request they call a taxi for you.
Horrible App, use Uber instead
My group and I tried scheduling a Taxi the night before to the train station with luggage and got no response from the app. We tried ordering one in the morning and the operator hung up on us twice. We even tried ordering the app and couldn’t get a taxi. We had to run to a train station 45 minutes away because this service is horrible. Do not use
