Version 3.2.4
We've updated our resident app and fixed some minor bugs! We've built a new feature supporting a minimum payment requirement for residents. The property manager must turn on and mandate this feature from our Admin Portal to enable it in the resident app.

It NEVER WORKS
None of the features of claims to have ever work. IF it ever allows you to login, you can’t pay your rent, put in maintenance requests, see your rewards, NOTHING. Whoever does app maintenance DOESN'T DO IT. Nothing loads, anything you do, it either crashes or says “fetching” and never fetches. I always have to go online I’ve literally never been able to use the app.
What’s the point??
I see no point in an app that literally never works
WORST APP IVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE
Whoever is responsible for the maintenance of this app and even the creation should be fired. This app is so terrible. Nothing works. You may be able to log in once then when you try to use it again it’ll log you out then when you try to login it will say that you don’t have an account and that the password is incorrect even though it’s the password they provided with me when my apartment complex registered. This app is the reason many people have been on the verge of eviction and late fees from paying rent. It’s supposed to make it easier but actually makes it way more harder then it ever had to be. I’m not sure why apartments use it and I’m not sure how this app even is still in business because the customer service is trash like you’ve never even seen. This app is a fail.
