I can’t just believe this, that the delivery man of Aramex came at around 2 p.m. at my residence to collect my certificates. He took it to the Mofa (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE), had my certificates attested. After doing all the formalities, he came back to my residence by 8.30 p.m. in the same day. So, it took around 6 hours and half. Now, I have my original certificates with Mofa seal and signed.
I highly recommend Aramex over others.

Its been quiet sometime since Shein started delivering orders from Aramex instead of DHL. Most of us place our orders on Shein instead of AliExpress these days due to the high shipping cost associated with Aliexpress. So we rely on Shein and Aramex for updates on our order. But every time i try to use the Aramex app it says country is not serviceable. When will u be able to fix this? As an alternative many of us have been trying using Aramex website and the Tracking system in Shein’s app. But these are not updated. I have received all my orders while the tracking of the order said the order is in transit at Dubai. And the Aramex office in Maldives sometimes deliver the order weeks after they receive the item. But if we are able to track the item and get updates on the order we can make the call and collect the order by ourselves without delay. Please help us track our orders more efficiently.

I’d like to say that the service is so bad that the call center never pick up the phone. And whenever they pickup, they keep me on hold or give a promises to call back but they never did. I’m waiting for a shipment since a month, I understand that the Covid-19 situation made it hard but Today was the day of delivery but they changed the status to - customer not available - while they never contact me. I called the contact center trying to understand what is going on and we agreed to meet with the driver after he called me in 10mins as they said. The driver never called while I was waiting for him for more than 40mins and I had to hit the road because I have 3hrs driving trip and the shipment is urgent. I needed it as soon as possible and because of that situation I had to cancel my trip waiting for them. I’m still waiting for them to call or even answer the phone but nothing
