THE GAMES SO FAR • Quinque — a daily word. One five-letter word a day, six guesses, and the same word for everyone. Free. • Tabella — a letter grid. Find words in sixteen letters, against the clock or without one. Free. • Alvearium — a daily letter hive. Seven letters a day, and the centre one in every word. Premium. • Duplum — 2048. Slide the tiles; equal numbers merge and double. Reach 2048, then keep going. Premium. • Cautela — minesweeper. Clear the field without touching a mine; the numbers say how many are near. Premium. • Novem — sudoku. Fill the grid so that every row, column and box holds one to nine. Premium. • Vipera — snake. Swipe to steer, eat to grow, and don't run into yourself. The new word arrives at midnight UTC — the same moment everywhere. • Alvearium's seven letters are the same for everyone and turn over at midnight UTC as well. Every past puzzle is in its archive, and every word scores, whether the puzzle asked for it or not. • Tabella has three difficulties and three clocks — 3:00, 1:30 or none. Swipe through the letters or tap them. Its word list holds over 178,000 words, in British and American spelling. • Cautela comes in three sizes, and the first tap is always safe. • Novem has three difficulties, notes and undo. A wrong digit is marked, but never ends the puzzle. • Vipera has three speeds, and walls that can be turned off so the board wraps instead. • Captura plays the house at three strengths — the harder it is, the further ahead it looks. Seeds are sown one at a time, so every turn can be followed. • Every game saves itself: leave at any point and carry on later. PRIVATE Arca collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no code from any other company. Games, statistics and trophies stay on the device. The App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. Three speeds, and walls that are solid or open. • Captura — mancala, against the house. Sow your seeds round the board, capture what you can, and finish with more. All three come with Premium: if you have it, they're already yours. Trophy maintenance: Open House and Full House now ask for all eight games, and a few others ask for more than they did — so one you'd earned may need earning again. And the rest: general UI improvements and bug fixes.
