Build an AI lab from the ground up. Swipe through high-stakes decisions, balance capital, compute, models and trust, and live with every consequence.
Run an AI lab before the rules are written.
ARCLIGHT is a narrative strategy game about building an AI company from a rented warehouse into a laboratory the world cannot ignore. Every card gives you two choices. Every choice changes the company—and sometimes the world around it.
Balance four resources:
- Capital — keep the company alive
- Compute — power the next model
- Model — improve what your systems can do
- Trust — earn support from employees, clients, regulators and the public
Your decisions leave traces. A quick fix can return years later. A cautious move can close one door and open another. Build a team, win customers, face investors, legal pressure and city politics, and discover which kind of founder you become.
Features:
- Swipe-only decisions with clear consequences
- Branching narrative set across 2026–2040
- English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese
- Atmospheric globe and location-based story moments
- Fourteen endings and an endings archive
- Optional Game Center achievements for the endings you earn
- Core game fully playable offline
- No app account required
- No ads or tracking
Follow ARCLIGHT from its earliest days through fifteen years of decisions. Keep playing locally, or use your Apple Game Center account to synchronize earned ending achievements when connected.
