I have been seeing a lot of one star reviews lately regarding this app about with the liquidity and the customer service not being present and I wanted to share my own experience. I’ve emailed you guys twice two weeks ago regarding a pending payment and no one has gotten back to me and for an app to be an investment app I think you guys should have Customer Service widely available because you’re dealing with peoples money, secondly I’ve noticed that the cash distribution continues to go down each and every single month from like 5.27% to 5.24% and now 5% is like the more money I put down the less return I get on my investment which investments don’t go like that. It’s the more money you put down the more you get this before liquidate all my funds and transfer it into another investment portfolio.
