Put in a simple task request with the app and the task will be immediately assigned to the correct staff. Residents can also flag important concerns that will go directly to the attention of Security and Property Management. Residents will also get an immediate notification when the task they requested is complete. The ARMS app also sends instant notifications when packages arrive, and communicates important building information, like down times and ongoing construction work.
