They should add live chat support services . They provide expired product without checking . What is this ? When it’s about to complain . We have to wait in line at WhatsApp . They need more manpower I guess . They should add complain feature in app /return option . Their maximum is out of stock that’s not main issue . When searched for specific product a lot of “out of stock “ product comes along with it . They need to add a filter for stock in and stock out products .

They were good at the beginning. But like most services in this country, they have become unreliable after a little initial boost. I have received expired medicines and products that simply don’t work. I reached out to their WhatsApp and got some templated reply with zero accountability for selling something as sensitive as expired medicine. It was clearly their fault and they started finding technical escapes without running any proper investigation or even acknowledging that selling expired medicine is just terribly wrong. They are playing with peoples’ lives. Their license should be cancelled if they don’t fix the quality of their products and services. I used to be a regular customer, but now after repeated issues, I am just done with them.

I ordered from Arogga expecting a smooth experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I placed my order, made the payment, and waited patiently for the delivery. A few days later, I receive a message that the product is "unavailable"! Seriously? Why list products that you can't deliver in the first place?To make things worse, there was no prior notification or heads-up about the unavailability until I had already paid. Now, I'm stuck waiting for a refund, and their customer support has been slow to respond. This is beyond frustrating. Arogga really needs to get their stock management together. I won’t be shopping here again anytime soon!

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order after receiving a message from Arogga that the product was available. After ordering, I was told that the product was actually unavailable. This has happened to me more than twice.I provided screenshots as proof, but the issue still wasn’t resolved properly. On top of that, I’m still waiting for a refund of 162 BDT that is owed to me.Poor inventory management, misleading notifications, and unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t ensure product availability before confirming orders, you’re wasting customers’ time and trust.
