Track your symptoms & wellbeing
Arthritis tracker lets you quickly & easily rate your how you're feeling & use a body map to pinpoint where your pain is (and how bad it has been).

It gives you a simple summary of your recent pain, sore joints, medication side effects, energy levels, activity, sleep & emotions, which you can use to talk through your symptoms with healthcare professionals at medical appointments or simply to see how you’ve been doing recently.

Information for health professionals
Whether you are a rheumatologist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, GP, or another type of health professional, Arthritis Tracker can help you make the most of the time you have with a patient. It can help you quickly get an understanding of some the key issues that a young person is facing, leaving more time to discuss treatment options.

“The app is great – I am actively encouraging young people in my clinic to use it. It has huge potential to enhance communication between young people & health professionals, allowing us to better understand the impact arthritis is having on the young person's life & then to treat them more effectively.” (Dr Janet McDonagh, Paediatric & Adolescent Rheumatologist, Royal Manchester Children's Hospital)
