App keeps crashing
I have been trying to download and use the app since January and it crashes immediately upon opening. Now, I also can’t even use my internet browser to access the patient portal website, it only prompts me to download and use the app instead of letting me access my messages and other portal information. I have no way of being able to receive important documents from my fertility clinic because of these issues and we are in the middle of an IVF cycled where I’m getting updates that I need to access immediately. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP
Forced log out
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I am immediately logged out upon logging into the app as well as the online browser portal. It tells me I’m am now registered as as a new patient and to re-login. It’s a constant loop - log in - forced log out- log in - So on and so forth. I’ve never had a medical app have so many issues. First impressions are not off to a great start. Please fix this bug as I can’t get access to information I need.
Absolutely infuriating
If you try to log in on your phone on their website, you can see that the page loads just fine, but then a popup comes up, preventing you from using the website, telling you to download the app for the most "optimal browsing experience".
You download the app and it's literally just the website loading within the app, and it looks like it was thrown together in a week.
If you're gonna force someone to use your app, which is already trash behavior, at least put in the effort to make it a nice experience that you can't get in the browser.
The fact that you guys are at all successful with this low effort nonsense is actually mind blowing.
