For supported journeys, create an As Found record at collection or check-in, then create an As Left record when returning, handing over or checking out. Matched evidence can be reviewed visually side by side.
Keep the important details together
Your Proof Pack can include photos, capture times, notes, condition records, vehicle or booking details, odometer and fuel readings, and available location information.
Evidence fingerprints
When a Proof Pack is completed, preserved evidence files receive SHA-256 fingerprints that can help detect later changes to those files.
