Wonderful ladies

I went in store to look at a sofa and love seat this morning and spoke to Shacoya about the furniture. I came back this afternoon with my husband to purchase the furniture but Shacoya was busy helping another couple so Fateme helped us since Shacoya was unable to get to us. Both women very friendly, helpful, and courteous. It was unknown when the sofa that I originally wanted would be in stock so Fateme was able to help me pick out another set and made sure it was still in our price range. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Customer Care is Awful

I would leave zero stars if it were possible. We purchased a couch and after 6 months the fabric completely loosened and waved. We purchased a warranty with the couch however the customer care team is completely useless as they said this was “normal wear and tear”. I’ve bought couches from wayfair that hold up better. The store managers and customer care team do not work cohesively and give conflicting information to the customers when issues with their product arise. The store will sell you a “warranty” and say it covers everything under the sun but when you go to excercise the warranty, they will defer to customer care who will then argue that the incident is not covered. Horrible customer service, and lack of integrity in their business model and product.

Beware!

This is my 1st and last experience with Ashley Furniture. Customer service is absolute trash. Not 1 coherent employee. Wait times over 45+ minutes. Very rude and inadequate chat feature on app. When you call corporate you receive the same terrible service. Employees literally hang up on you. I regret purchasing 1 item. Arrived broken, over 1 month later Ashley keeps cancelling my return pick up date. Total nightmare. Now BBB is involved and my credit card company. The app is worthless. The reviews on the products in the app are chosen and reviewed by Ashley prior to being posted. My 1 star review on the item I purchased was never posted. It’s literally a scam. After I saw all the complaints on the BBB website I was saddened to see how many other people experienced the same BS I’ve been going through with Ashley Furniture.
