With the ASHSync™ app, taking control of your fitness journey has never been easier. As a participating member, you can connect your fitness data from Apple Health to earn incentives towards your eligible program.
SYNC WITH APPLE HEALTH
To receive rewards with your program, you can sync your steps easily with our new mobile application. All you need to do is allow Apple Health to access your steps.
NOTE: This feature will only be available based on your health plan and program. Only available for participating members in the Active&Fit®, Healthyroads®, or Silver&Fit® programs, offered through your health plan or employer. This app integrates with the Health app.
