I put my account information in for automatic payment and for two months in a row they tell me that my account information is not added correctly, but when I pay my bill when I submit it myself, there was no problems and i didn’t have to enter it because it was already there. so for two months they got late fees from me and when you talk to them, they talk in circles and do not know what you’re talking about they will not refund you anything and it will be your fault even if it is there’s even if you put your account number in right to pay it yourself so if you paid it yourself and it was right, that means that the account number was added right, right. Lol it’s funny now but it wasn’t the hour i was the phone saying the same thing over and over again.
So i just updated to the new iPhone 15 and just like many of you guys here I've also had the problem where my app is just stick on the white logo screen and I called Aspire customer support and they acted like they’ve never even heard of this problem before even though theres multiple app reviews on here stating this exact problem, they basically said theres nothing we can do and I'm just going to have to log on from the website from now on smh… So I logged in from a friends phone then deleted the app on my phone, then redownloaded it and it worked, it took me back to the page where you have to log in and verify your phone through text and thats it I'm good now. Im not sure if this will help anyone else but hope it does!
Aspire credit card
Hello , from the couple of reviews that I read a lot of card holders are having the same problem. I have had this credit card for a good two years now. Card & the app has always work great up until I just upgraded my iPhone. Now the app will not open. It’s stays on the Aspire screen. I had to log on though google just to pay my bill. To log on though the web was no problem which means the problem is with the app it’s self. Aspire team please fix the problem that everyone is having with the app asap. To log on from the web is a hassle, you have to put user name & password every time. With the app you can use Face-ID which makes it easier. Thank you for your time.
