My job switched over to AsurePay after separating from the old company we worked with. One day one no one could create and account “network error” was all it told us. A few days later we had finally managed to create accounts. This was followed by “invalid credentials” I admit I’ve been known to type stuff wrong a lot but I screen shot my sign in info specifically for this reason. Regardless after all is said and done. I finally managed to get into the app. Oh but now it immediately logs me out as soon as I log in. It’s been a full 7 days since they claimed to have sent my report about it to their support team. Even my employer was given the same issue. I’m a week behind on bills and my cell phone service has been disconnected because I have no access to my money. Any employer that considers using this app for your employees, please think twice. There are better apps out there and better banking partners. Plenty with actual tech support that cares enough to attempt to fix issues it might have. I’m a week away from my WiFi being cut and 2 weeks away from my next payday. I guarantee in that two weeks nothing has been fixed.

Job switched from another app to AsurePay. Had multiple tech issues & card took forever to arrive. Then they keep having issues trying to connect my bank acct to the asure pay card cus you have to have at least $10 on assure pay card before you can withdraw. I found a way to add money to my card. Now they said I can’t withdraw any money unless the max is $500. Which is ridiculous. Why do you advertise that you can withdraw daily pay amounts of $50, $100, half or $200 available for withdraw. The app makes no sense and is false advertise along with the app crashing every other day. Tech support is also terrible. Sometimes the messages come up as undeliverable. This switch has been a nightmare.

My job decided to give this app a try I mean it works but there’s times that it messes things up I barrow $200 every time I get paid because they charge it off my check so last week they charged what I barrow an then today the charged me again but not just the $200 from this week I owed but last weeks again I’m suing if they don’t help me out today that’s a robbery

I saw some negative reviews so I was wary but 2 weeks in and everything has gone smoothly. I used the Ondemand pay and $200 was swiftly transferred. The app is simple clean and clear. I love the colors and simplicity in finding what I need. There aren’t tons of free arms in my area but fortunately the one that is close is convenient.I’ll keep you posted if I have any problems.
