Very glad this app came along. It fills a bunch of need:. 1) serves as a place I can store inspo as I collect it. Now I don't have to go around underlining quotes in books and dog-earing the pages (only to misplace it later). Attention helps me collect these nuggets into one place, for easy retrieval when I actually need it. 2) a place I can subscribe to wisdom doled out from experts in various fields. I love following wellness experts and now I have a place where I can subscribe to a bunch of people at once. Love this app (and also grateful that it doesn't harass me all the livelong day).

I love how I can customize this for my needs. I can create my own Attentions, I can receive Attentions from people I follow — experts, coaches, therapists, healers or maybe my funny neighbor (!) — when I need it, or think I need it. The Attentions can be audio or text. An Attention can be the boost I need before I start my run or a quick centering moment before a meeting or maybe something that will make me laugh when I least expect it. The more I use it, the more uses I find for it!

This is a perfect app for any human who wants to improve their life with easily-accessible nuggets of wisdom that they can turn to right on their phone, any time day or night. You can receive (and make!!) quick sound bytes to support you through your your day, or during a particularly hard time. Who DOESN’T need encouragement, reminders, wisdom and support?! So many ways to use this app…. And it’s super easy to navigate.

Most alerts on my phone only distract me more away from the present moment. Another work slack or tweet or a million other things that don’t make me smile like this app’s alerts do. I was worrying too much about something silly and like it was reading my mind I got an alert about not worrying! Will continue to use. I wonder what insight at what perfect time it will tell me about next.
