Let this app help you

It kinda sounds a bit tricky and suspect, but this app can truly help you to free yourself from the hours of endless scrolling and trained muscle memory that fills you with emptiness!
The app is wonderfully designed and well thought out helping you untrain bad habits and other unwanted behaviors! Definitely would recommend this for even occasional users
