Note: the Apple Health sync removal and the package migration aren't user-facing — the health feature was never shipped (removed as infeasible) and the migration is purely internal — so neither belongs in release notes.
If the media backup feature is in fact already live for users (not new this version), drop the "New" section entirely and the notes are empty for this release. Let me know which is the case and I'll finalize.
