Please Keep Everything in App

The app functions well, is user-friendly, and extremely convenient. I just don’t understand why reports open into a safari page and can’t be shown within the app. Between the two, I’m forced to relog at least three times a night due to ‘inactivity’.

Would benefit so much from having everything within the app and not having to use a secondary source.

Inventory Update

It can’t be that hard to remove the option to select a particular size or style if the value for inventory is 0.

This would be such an effective feature for large volume situations with multiple vendors.

Other than that, great app. Very intuitive, and easy to teach people even if they aren’t particularly tech savvy.

The recent changes to AtVenu have made everything worse

I’ve loved using AtVenu for the past 2 years, but recently the h updates have made using the app way more complicated than it needs to be. For starters, the Checkout screen just got 3 times more complicated. It used to go to a screen where the card reader was automatically updated and there was also a button for exact cash or amount received on the same screen. Now, it prompts you to choose credit or cash before allowing either way to be inputted, and adds totally unnecessary taps. This sounds minor to be complaining about one extra tap, but when you have a line for 2/3 hours every night on tour with shows every day or other day that extra effort adds up. The previous screen worked excellently and didn’t need to change at all. Secondly, the settlement page took a huge hit in functionality. It no longer accurately reports cash. This is outside the function of this app and more a function of the website but I don’t know another way to reach the developers. In the past, the Settlement pages would have a number showing cash transactions reported but at some point it was updated and this no longer shows any number. It used to be changeable too so I could change the cash value to reflect what the Register report would say instead of automatically cashing out tips every night, but now none of this is present. I have to manually enter in the notes the cash in at the bottom of the screen and this is totally unnecessary. Everything was working great before and all the updates have just made the app harder to use or straight up just broken. I would love to talk to any one on the team about these issues in further detail as well. Please make this app the way it used to be!!!!!
