The moment I walked in Pottery Barn she greeted me immediately when she saw me. I informed her I had problems with an online purchase the day before. She offered to help and processed my same purchase order, plus I ordered even more items thanks to her guidance and suggestions! I needed all my furniture shipped to my home Jeddah and she prepare the logistic portion as well. I asked how long had she been working at Pottery Barn and she replied two months. MashAllah! What amazing customer service in such a short time. Ms. Kawthar thank you so much for your assistance! Also thank you Mr. FAHAD the manager on duty for ensuring I had a pleasurable experience and sharing your guidance!
