Authenticator App‪+‬ 4+

I can’t get a refund on this. I can’t get to the page. I can’t find out what my vault password is. I can’t get back into my Facebook account. This is a complete waste of money and what a rip off. I want a refund and whoever reads this better authenticate who they are what this is for and why they cannot be reached. Most terrible, terrible app and I can’t believe you’re taking peoples money like you’re stealing from us.

If you want to request a refund please follow these steps:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. Tap or click "I'd like to."
4. Choose "Request a refund."
5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
6. Choose the item or items that you bought, then choose Submit.

I don’t mean to be rude but the whole 2FA Concept is very stupid and useless, there’s no one and I mean NO ONE who plays this game that would want to hack others and even if they did they wouldn’t hack someone’s account when they could just somehow increase their own in game revenue as a Hacker.

You make players go through too much trouble just to be able to gift emotes to friends, at best there should be an email authentication and that’s it, This set up not only causes players to lose their accounts but have to create a completely different one that may not even work in the first place
So now you’d have two accounts on which you still can’t send gifts, Not smart at all and definitely not a secure and simple way to keep overpriced in game currency from being stolen which it wouldn’t in the first place unless you gave your password to a random person.

On top of all that, this issue along with many others has been going on for years now and the devs completely ignore every one of their players, people putting money in their pockets.

I love and appreciate the work you do just not the choices you make with the technicalities of the game, Make signing up more simple and not on par with a subscription or membership of sorts, Heck even getting Netflix for six months is way easier than this.

Hello! Thanks for your constructive feedback. We am sorry that you are unhappy with our App. You seem to have left this review for the wrong app. Our app is simply a way of receiving 2fa codes. We do not control how the game you are using works, that they require 2fa or any of the other issues you describe as it's not something that we develop or are connected with in any way shape or form. So sorry that you do not like the concept of 2fa being required for your game but, it was not our call. What I thought to be a good application at first had turned out to be a very detrimental one to my whole life this app has helped someone very close to me steal all my info recode it send out lies to which everyone now both close to me and those who may not even know me draw some very disturbing conclusions that are going to most likely cost some other people their whole lives I think when u are creating something next time also think of the fact that a tool like this in the hands of someone very selfish manipulative heartless and cruel can truly tear another human beings lives apart lies are lies these programs are meant for security and safety of one form or another not to cause detrimental damage to which some may never be the same

Greetings, we are soory but you seem to be a bit confused on what this app is, what it does and what it can do. Simply it can not, nor can it assist someone do any of the tings you are describing. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional security layer used to ensure that people trying to gain access to an online account are who they say they are. First, a user enters their username and password. Then, instead of immediately gaining access, they are required to provide another piece of information. A 2FA app works by generating a temporary, time-sensitive code that users must enter along with their password to gain access. Neither or we or our app ever has access to your information, neither can 2fa be used on its own to access your data. Again this is simply a second layer of security xou can configure in accounts and the app is a way to recieve the one the codes for this, nothing more. So if someone gained access to your information it wasnt via our app, it judt does not work that way. In point of fact using a protected 2fa source such as this (as the apps contents are again password protected) is the best way to prevent your accounts being compromised.
