app nonfunctional after switching to new phone

I recently switched to a new iPhone 16e (from iPhone 13). This Authenticator App is nonfunctional on my new phone. I am not able to Login; I repeatedly received an error message. When I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I got a message asking if I wanted to Cancel my subscription---so clearly the app "knows” that I have a current subscription. I have reinstalled the app and continue getting the same error message. I have the latest operating system on my iphone 16e: iOS 18.5. And this app is the newest version since I just deleted and reinstalled. I am not using VPN. The date and time on my phone are correct.I have a subscription that does not expire until May 7, 2026. (I recently paid almost $40 for a year's subscription, and I can't get my money back.) I have sent an email to this app’s Help desk—have not yet received a Reply. Currently, I am a very unhappy customer.

However, subscription and access to the code are independent entities: codes are stored locally on the device, and if you have not used the backup or data transfer function, access to codes may be lost after deleting the application.So that we can help you as soon as possible, please specify:What error message do you get when you start the application?Have you used the backup function in your old iPhone or data transfer via iCloud?Do you see any saved codes in the "Codes" section after installing the application on a new device?If possible, send a screenshot of the error or the screen on which the application does not work to our support address: help@team2swift.com - we will definitely connect technical specialists and try to help you as soon as possible
Cannot login to the account

After using this account to secure my Heroku account, I got locked out once I tried to login back in with my google account using google auth, it’s giving me:URLSessionTask failed with error: An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.And I have no solutions for this, I have been trying to come back every month to use it but it does not work for the past 4 months.

I was very concerned about my privacy regarding my federal student loan. However, with Authenticator 7, I now feel more secure and protected. I feel confident that my student loan log-in and any passwords or number combinations that I associate with this account are safe and protected. Any stress associated with my account has been alleviated. I also feel that my privacy and any concerns regarding my federal student loan are no longer an issue.
