Card reader not working properly

The biggest issue so far is that I can use card reader for a while, but next day, when continuing to use, it tells card reader reading failed. I thought that was something wrong for the card reader but later on I found it’s not. There is something wrong in your app. The app shows the card reader is connected but actually they are not connected. There is no way to remove the connected device (actually not connected), so there is no way to connect the reader to make it work. My solution is remove the app from my iPhone, and then connect to the reader. Then it works... Really frustrated... also, there are some other issues.. 1. No way to show the total sales for the day; 2. No options to send receipts by text message. Other than that, functionality, it’s working good if I only key in the card info. You can have 5 star if the above issues can be solved.

So many issues, it’s hurting our business

This app along with the card reader they sell for mobile transactions has been quite difficult and kind of more of a pain than it’s worth. When it works it’s fine but 3/4 times there is an error of some sort usually from the card reader.

We’ve spent hours with their support team who basically told us that the card reader needs to be 100% charged at all time for it to work properly… not very mobile for a mobile card reader. They also only warranty the card reader for 30 days, even though it’s $130. We’ve talked to other merchants with Shopify which uses the same card reader that’s $50 and works well.

They also told us that our main problem with connectivity was that other Bluetooth devices may be interfering and that we need to ask people around us to turn their Bluetooth off! Really?! When we are at events of course other people will have card readers and Bluetooth on. There’s seem to work so why not ours.

Nice Try

I find this a very difficult app to work with. I have attempted to enter data under the catalog management page. It does not work. It doesn’t allow me to go to the ad page on any of the categories departments or items. I’ve use the chat function and called support. No one seems to have an answer. It would also be very helpful if this app was able to scan the credit card in as others do.
