Autonomy 4+

Very happy with autonomy this is such a great option and worked so well for me not wanting to finance a car at this time! Quick easy approval and was in my Tesla quick and easy without all the paperwork! Denny and Todd were great keeping me posted on my car arriving I was very happy with the customer service. Every time I called in with questions all the agents were great! Pick up day was easier than I imagined. I felt very comfortable driving off with my Tesla after Frank helped me get set up in car. Frank helped me learn everything I needed to know about car. The whole process is great and I’m so happy with my Tesla! Hoping to have option to purchase car or add more option for miles as I’m really happy with car and plan to stay in it for a long time! Meanwhile the subscription is such a great way! Thanks again autonomy! I’m a very happy customer.

I got lucky. My car broke down for good at the worst time possible. After searching for weeks and finding nothing but overpriced new and used cars, I stumbled upon AUTONOMY while searching the inter-web. ‘This deal is too good to be true’, I thought. One should also note, I despise online shopping. But okay, I was in a pickle, I’ll try. I submitted my selfie and put down the $100 deposit. I swear not more than a week later there was a Tesla dropped off in my driveway, (at the time it was a 6 month wait for a Tesla from Tesla) not only that, Denny, whom I had the pleasure of working with, was extremely helpful, responsive and thorough. I am still in disbelief of how easy this was. I love the car, the service, the app. Thank you Autonomy!🙏🏻

Just got my Tesla today. Took a few weeks, but that’s because the shipments from Tesla have been taking a while. Was so impressed with entire experience. Michael was very helpful once my car came in and Frank was exceptional today—got there extra early for me, walked me through everything and made it comfortable and east. I was in and out in 30 minutes (and that included a quick drive with Frank to make sure I was comfortable with the Tesla). I’m used to spending a half day at the dealership—this was unlike anything I experienced before (even faster than a rental car company). Love the business model from consumer’s perspective and excited to see where Autonomy goes from here.
