Assignment starting? Ending? Only partly free? Notify all your interim providers about your availability with one tap. As an interim manager you are listed with many providers. But when an assignment starts or ends, most of them never find out – so you get requests you can't take, or you're forgotten once you're free again. AvailNote fixes that with one tap. HOW IT WORKS • Add your providers once – manually or via CSV import • Set your status: unavailable or partially available, reason, start date and "available again from" • Check the preview and send: every provider receives an individual, personal email with the correct salutation – in English or German • Replies go straight to your business email address PARTIALLY AVAILABLE • Tap your free weekdays (Mon to Fri) and optionally choose remote, hybrid or on site • Providers see e.g. "partially available (Mon, Thu, Fri), fully from 01.04.2027" and keep you in mind for suitable requests ON TIME AND AUTOMATIC • Reminder before your assignment ends (7 to 90 days, adjustable) so you can notify providers early • Optionally, the "available again" message goes out automatically on the end date DISCREET AND SECURE • Providers only learn the reason if you choose "Assignment" – vacation and personal matters stay private • No health data, no tracking, no ads • Servers in Frankfurt (EU), delivery via a European email provider • Delivery log for every message • Password-free sign-in with a one-time code; delete your account completely at any time FOR IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC One subscription covers all your devices. SUBSCRIPTION Profile, provider management and preview are free. Sending requires AvailNote Pro (yearly subscription) with a 2-week free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple account settings.
