Poorly designed, poorly implemented
Trouble signing up, trouble logging in, trouble watching on Apple TV. Had to download to phone to register but now when I try and log in on Apple TV I get the message YOUR DEVICE LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED. tried removing from phone but Apple TV app still won’t let me log in. Ironic that the media industry can’t figure out how to create a media app to get media to other media industry people. Do not think this is the way people who have worked for years on their films want the viewing experience to be.
Horrible app
How can the FYC approve such a poorly designed app for the award season? If you do not want to send out DVDs anymore fine but find a better app please. This one is crashing and impossible to log in.
Log in issues
I can log in fine via browser on my computer but the app keeps saying valid credentials. Incredibly frustrating. Email and password is confirmed correct when I log in via browser. Please fix!
