This place is very horrible

First let me say this I don’t leave reviews, But this place is the worst every from the app to the customer service and management , let me start by saying that I needed some cash this weekend I said I will try and get a early pay advance from one of my pay check from my part time job , first I got the app then register ok now mind you they wanted your ADP ok find what they did was because because both of my jobs are with ADP they taken the biggest Amount from my other job that I did not give them and I did not set it for direct deposit with that job to make a long story short they lied to me about setting up direct deposit and then I ask repeatedly is direct deposit set up they said no I told them to cancel this app they did and I get a email from ADP saying your direct deposit is set up I call and got a CSR that was rude and then I call back got another one that lied and I call back and gotten somebody I ask for a manager he got smart and he had the nerve to talk to me in the most indignant way like I was not smart told me in case you don’t understand like because I am black I guess he feel I was not educated I let him know I am very well educated and I will write a review on how this place is I do not recommend this place to no one but I take that back I don’t recommend this place to no one people that have a lot to lose in this place they are scammers and the most disrespectful people ever thank you so much manager for not helping Mr smart

DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. THEY PAY FOR THEIR 5 STARS REVIEWS. There are fees for everything taken out money via Atm , via paypal, cash app, venmo, etc. Not low fee i would say pretty high. Advances only really help you first time honestly. Oh don't forget if you need support in UNDER 24 hours that PREMIUM you have to pay access for only 3 DAYS. ONLY 2 months with them and 3 TIMES so far on PAYDAY they DONT work like literally no APP ACCESS deposit are late after 5pm no support help and no really reason why. Oh lets not forget if you advanced and received ANY type DEPOSIT or deposit money from lets say apple cash your friend sent you ten you wanted to deposit OPPS it PAYS BACK YOUR ADVANCE. You had 30 in bank right now youthink you’ll have like 40 Right. NOPE YOUR AT 0 until next pay. OH. Return t shirt got money boom they take it for the advanced with what evermore you have in the ACCOUNT. NOT WORTH A SINGLE MOMENT TIME. Do Not Use This App!!!

This has to be the worst app designed by incompetent people. Too many issues to list them all but to highlight one big one. They list out the steps to get an advance. They conclude it with on payday, they will debit the advance from your direct deposit and you can then request another advance. If this was the case, that would be fine. Seems consistent with others who promote similar apps. HOWEVER, what they fail to mention, and yes, it’s written, hidden in some long paragraph on their terms and conditions, is that any deposit that hits the account…ANY DEPOSIT, will trigger the advance to be repaid. For example, if a merchant is crediting back an item to your card for a return, it will trigger the advance to be repaid. I have a $180 advance. At the time, I had a $50 balance in the account. I had a return credit for a return of an item after Christmas of $100 hit and it triggered a payback of my $180 advance which left me a negative balance and therefore ineligible to receive another advance due to the negative balance. I thought the whole point of direct deposit was to ensure payback of advance on payday as they state. Customer Service is the worst too. Might as well be talking to a wall. Stay away from this app. Learn from my mistake.
