Amazing Resource!

If you’re looking to improve your back pain, STOP LOOKING!!! This app is THE one to use! I can’t overstate the DECADES of top notch medical experience that have been condensed into this free resource. I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of the younger Dr Watkins, and he’s fixed me up perfectly multiple times with various procedures. Further, the jerseys on their walls are a who’s who of North American Pro Athletes. The best of the best trust these Drs to get them back on the field. But that costs me and those athletes a good amount of money and time. This app is FREE and downloads in seconds!!!

***As a disclaimer - Even Drs Watkins will tell you that not all back problems can be solved by the resources in this app. If you’re like me and have severe structural issues, from time to time you may need more intrusive treatment. But the vast majority of back pain is caused by things like stress, diet, and postural and muscular imbalances. The programs in this app, if followed diligently, WILL fix those problems.

The latest edition of the app is even better. I get the most out of the videos accompanied by the step by step instructions. The exercises are targeted to strengthen just the right muscle groups. This app continues to help me remain pain free! Thanks Back Doctor!

I spent two years recovering from an injury to my cervical spine (C-6,C-7 and C3-C-4 disc issues). I went to chiropractors, acupuncturists, multiple PTs, massage therapist, and basically anyone who was willing to offer help to alleviate my constant pain. Thanks to the Watkins team I am now pain free and back to 100%. I remember doing many of the exercises from the neck program on this app. It's so nice to see them in one place. Very convenient, especially when I'm traveling. If you have back or neck pain, i highly recommend that you explore the treatment options available on this app.

So grateful for this app

I’ve had lower back pain for years and have spent $$$ on doctors, devices, meds. Three days using this app and doing the exercises (make sure you do them correctly), and I’ve noticed significant lessening of the pain. I no longer walk like an 80 year old. It’s been amazing. Thank you so much!
