WHAT BACKBRAIN DOES - Reminds you to take your medication on the schedule you set - Tracks streaks, on-time percentages and a 30-day pattern at a glance - Pairs with a "backbrain" partner who gets one nudge if you miss a dose - Generates a clean subscription statement for reimbursement schemes - Works fully offline. Your medication data never leaves your device. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the app, tell it what you take and when. Three questions, under thirty seconds. 2. Reminder fires at your scheduled time. Tap the orb. Logged. Streak ticks up. 3. Miss the window? Your backbrain partner gets one push: "[Your name] missed a dose. Check in on them?" You take the dose. Streak intact. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your medications, schedules, dose history and streaks are stored only on your phone. They are never uploaded to any server. The single fact our backend ever sees is whether you logged a dose within its window. Yes or no. No medication names. No doses. No exceptions. Apple Sign-In is optional and only needed if you want to recover your partnerships on a new device. The app works fully anonymously by default. THE BACKBRAIN PARTNER Pair with one person you trust. A partner, parent, friend, sibling. They install Backbrain free and never pay. When you miss a dose, they get one push containing your name and nothing else. No medication. No timeline.
