Your bread has a schedule — now you do too. Timelines for anything that proofs, rests and bakes. Bread runs on its own schedule. Bakers Timer keeps track of it so you don't have to. Build a timeline once — mix, autolyse, bulk ferment, shape, cold proof, bake — and the app counts down every step, tells you exactly when the loaf comes out, and wakes you for the 6 a.m. fold. RUN SEVERAL BAKES AT ONCE Sourdough in bulk fermentation, pizza dough proofing, croissants cold-proofing overnight — every bake gets its own countdown on one screen, ordered by whatever needs you next. ALARMS THAT ACTUALLY WAKE YOU Step alarms are time-sensitive, so they break through Focus and Sleep modes. Overnight steps show the wall-clock time they'll ring. Add a minute or skip ahead straight from the notification. ALWAYS KNOW WHEN IT'S DONE Every timeline shows "ready by" — before you start and while it runs. Plan a bake around dinner instead of guessing. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN The current step, its countdown and the finish time live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. No unlocking to check the dough. BAKER'S PERCENTAGES Add a formula to any timeline: set the flour weight and every ingredient rescales with it. Total dough weight and hydration are worked out as you type.
