The App didn’t work
Best government services app in Qatar
This app has improved hugely through the years. The English version is easy to navigate and the services listed are so helpful. In the past year when I need pest control, or pruning of our monster tree outside we have a crew coming out within 24 to 48 hours so the interface works perfectly.
Most of the low reviews are from 8 or 10 years ago, but it’s greatly improved from then. Thankful they’ve taken the time to develop this app and make it available to citizens living in Qatar!
App is full of bugs
Booked park tickets through the app, it took my money but no tickets. Customer service said we will register a complaint, and I’m still waiting for my money
