BaltriX is the dispatch and tracking app for expedited freight: cargo vans, sprinters and straight trucks.
FOR DRIVERS
• New loads arrive automatically. No accepting, no phone tag.
• One-slide status updates: At pickup, Loaded, Arrived, Delivered.
• Scan BOLs and PODs with your camera into clean PDFs.
• Turn-by-turn navigation to the next stop in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
• See documents, messages and your weekly pay in one place.
• Fuel and cross-docks near you.
FOR OWNER-OPERATORS
• Everything drivers get, plus the BaltriX Load Board: search loads by lane, radius, equipment and date, bid, and post your truck as available.
• Sign up with your documents. No MC or DOT number needed.
FOR CARRIERS AND DISPATCHERS
• Live map of every truck, with overdue and at-risk alerts before the broker calls.
• Create loads from a rate confirmation photo with AI, then dispatch with smart driver matching.
• Messages, documents, invoices and the full dispatch board on your phone.
FOR BROKERS
• Post shipments, compare carrier bids and track freight to delivery.
LOCATION
With your permission, BaltriX shares your location with your dispatcher while you're working, including in the background with your phone locked, so they can track your loads and call you less. You choose: Always, While using, or Only on a load. You can change it anytime in Settings.
Built by expedite operators, for expedite operators.
