Can’t sign on
As of two days ago, something has happened with this app. I can’t sign on to my account, and service personnel tell me that security questions have to be answered correctly to avoid locking out account. Trouble is security questions don’t have meaningful resonance since they don’t pertain to me.

Please put the cards with Chip now, they are extremely difficult to avoid many inconveniences, which are waiting. I have practically 6 years with you and in the time that I have always indicated to your clients that they are already in the process of including chip cards and nothing to do. That is why there are so many clients displeased with their services and the other Banks went through the extra mile ... Seeing is believing.

It asks me to authenticate with name and password every time I access.
I always check that It is not asking for an app update. However, it is annoying that after I have set it to register my face on the iPhone, it keeps asking for password and password authentication.
